This offering comes at a pivotal juncture in my life and what feels like the lives of many women I am working with. A yearning for slow, a desire for deep, a devotion to action that fills the well and allows it to overflow to all those we touch and serve.
13 Women, 13 Moons is literally that. An invitation for 13 women, myself included, to journey for 13 Moons together.

The intention for this space is simplicity and structured flow.
Often, our dreams can feel so big and so far away that we sabotage them by creating unnecessary complexity that stops us from flowing. Procrastinates us out of preparing the necessary structures to intake that which we are calling in.
Structured flow is a system we will use to create the hardware that allows our software to express itself optimally.

A Trauma-informed Space

In my study of traditional matriarchal indigenous cultures, the Moon Lodge was always known as a sacred time of rest & release.
A safe place where women would gather on the New Moon to embrace their unique journeys of womanhood.
Babies are born, women bleed & feed the Earth, new maidens are honoured & crones (grandmothers) tell stories of days gone by.
When these sacred rites were stripped of women during the patriarchal rule, the village began to suffer, for the women began to suffer.
It is known in ancient cultures that if the carriers & sustainers of life are not nourished and well cared for, the village will not survive. Women are the foundation. The mothers. The birthers. The embodiment of fertility and abundance.
We are currently living in a society where women are exploited and objectified and where our land is exploited and objectified.
Returning to Moon Lodge (women's circles) is imperative for the healing of our women, our communities, and our planet.
A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT ME
I am devoted to radical freedom and
empowerment for all women.
If there is shame attached to anything about being a woman, there is a severing.
A trauma. A disembodiment.
I am here to transmute that shame to freedom.
To create spaces where women feel safe to be in their bodies.
To express their truth.
I found my voice in a women's circle.
I found my womb in a women's circle.
I found my elders in a women's circle.
The wise women I spent my young years desperately searching for.
Wild women who knew the ways of the sacred feminine.
Untainted by a patriarchal world of objectification and exploitation.
Women who knew how to howl at the moon and sing medicine songs to their wombs.
Yes, they exist
In the cracks and outskirts
In the deep, dark woods where most women fear to go
Meeting these women allowed me to meet my self
My ugly beautiful raw and real self
This facilitator training is an opportunity for you to meet your self.
The part of you that knows you have healing gifts to give
The part of you that knows supporting women means supporting the village
The part that knows when women heal, the Earth heals.
It is an honour to pass this wisdom on

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
All wisdom and tools shared are from ancient teachings that have been passed down to me from elders and teachers of various indigenous origins.
I have received permission, and encouragement, to share these teachings and do so with the utmost respect and integrity. My work and offerings are always coming from lived experience. I follow a clear guide of ethical principles which act as a foundation for this training. I do not believe in "fixing" or saving anyone thus not claiming to take on a role of a psychologist or therapist. Women's circles empower women to trust in their own self-healing abilities, thus placing the power of healing back into their own hands. You will be triggered, this is emotional and transformational work, and I trust you will know if it is the the right fit for you.
