REFUNDS:

We value your satisfaction with our services, however, due to the time and preparation invested in creating and providing our offerings, we have a no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any portion of your payment for our workshops or offerings at any time.

PAYMENTS AND FEES:

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to fulfill all fees and charges according to the applicable billing terms.

If you fail to make payments on time or decide to withdraw from our Programs voluntarily, you will still be held responsible for the full cost.

In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to seek payment through legal means and may report delinquent payments to credit reporting agencies.

DISPUTES:

We are committed to addressing and respecting all matters arising within our offerings, even in extraordinary circumstances. If an unforeseen life event occurs, it might be possible to pause, credit, or transfer a portion of your purchase. We reserve the right to exclude a participant from a program if their behavior causes disruptions, and no refunds will be provided. In the event of cancellation or termination by either party, you will be given 24 hours to settle any outstanding payments or balances that are owed.
